Software Defined Networks (SDN) brings in a lot of features which support the network for utilizing the energy of the nodes in an optimized manner, latency-sensitive applications and security. SDN easily realizes the security in the environment by centrally placing the controller to globally monitor the whole network. Security is implemented using policies for man-in-the-middle, denial of service and saturation attacks. The switch and controllers in the network fundamentally follows FCFS, priority queuing policy. In this research, we have used Multiple Feedback Queues (MFQ) to improve the queuing policy for request and response messages. These MFQ's changeably uses the suitable queuing algorithm to reach high level of optimization. The paper focus upon, i) hybrid clustering ii) a new scheduling model for SDN Network iii) multiple controller environments iv) Policy based secure autonomous systems. The model is validated using mininet, wire shark and Iperf tool and has outperformed the single and multiple queue based scheduling in the network farm and has comparatively attained 10% more efficient results.
