Communication has proven to be one of the most efficient ways to convey ideas throughout time. It continually proves to be one of the best ways to make one's suggestions apparent. However, certain folks with impairments suffer because they are unable to communicate properly. Even so, numerous advancements are being made to successfully translate signs to text so that these people can interact. This review provides a thorough study of various texts on sign language recognition in several languages. The technical advancements made in this area are briefly explained. Additionally, a comprehensive assessment of potential future developments for this subject has been successfully taken into account.
