A Method for Cross-Channel Processing of Linear Frequency Modulation Signal

Aiming at the problem of splitting of linear frequency modulation(LFM) signal when crossing channels based on a 50% overlapped digital channelized receiver of polyphase structure when using the autocorrelation detection technique, the amplitude-phase characteristics of a wide-band LFM signal in the transition band of the filter are simulated. A method based on the coherent average of adjacent channels is proposed to improve the signal-to-noise ratio in the overlapped region, and reduce the probability of signal splitting, and improve the probability of correct judgement of LFM signals when cross channels. Simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of this method.
