Ensuring the security of data obtained from medical devices is paramount for efficient and safe utilization. Cryptographic methods remain pivotal in establishing a protective information framework that bars unauthorized entry. A robust cryptographic cipher stands as a bulwark against cyber threats, shielding private files and vital data. While operating autonomously for extended periods, sensor nodes grapple with power and processing constraints. Numerous cryptographic techniques, entailing text, numerical, and symbolic keys, encode plaintext into ciphertext, preempting data compromise and illicit access. In healthcare, accessing sensor data, like that from blood pressure and weight monitoring devices, augments patient care. Prior security initiatives notwithstanding, limited emphasis on real-time access to low-processing nodes has spurred security apprehensions. This paper introduces a hybrid algorithm, ensuring secure data garnered by IoT devices. A lightweight cryptographic approach is devised, fostering secure and efficient data exchange among nodes in medical IoT setups.
