However, concerns regarding privacy and anonymity in blockchain security have emerged as significant challenges. This paper aims to investigate the current state of privacy and anonymity in blockchain security by gathering insights from a diverse group of recent research. we explore the current understanding, practices, and challenges related to privacy and anonymity in blockchain security, to identify the importance of them, assess the effectiveness of existing privacy-enhancing techniques, and uncover potential areas for improvement.
