Conformal transformation and its manifestations in classical electrodynamics have received considerable attention for decades. Despite extensive research in this area, several issues remain unclear or have been overlooked. This paper employs a pedagogical approach to construct a systematic formulation, aiming to provide novel insights into the previously neglected aspects of this field.
