With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, society is facing unprecedented challenges in ensuring the safe use of this powerful tool and preventing potential criminal activities. This paper delves into the legal frontiers involved in preventing AI crimes, focusing on constructing an innovative and comprehensive legal framework to protect society from the potential negative impacts of AI. Firstly, the paper examine the limitations of the current legal system in addressing AI crimes.
