Digital Assessment and Validation of Personnel Innovation Capability in E-commerce Industry Based on Trusted Execution Environment by Blockchain Technology

In recent years, the performance of employees has become particularly critical in the complexity of the e-commerce business environment and the continuous optimization of duties and divisions of labor. Therefore, it is important to effectively assess the personnel in the competitive environment and encourage their innovative capabilities. In this study, blockchain technology was used to establish a digital archive for e-commerce personnel based on the assessment of the digitalization of the innovation ability in e-commerce. The purpose was to enhance the ability of e-commerce personnel to conduct research and raise the industry’s expectations for them. The results were used to establish a post-trust mechanism for the certification process of each e-commerce personnel. Using Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) technology, the e-commerce industry personnel were trained for full lifecycle storage, sourcing, authentication, and modeling. This study introduced the TEE product Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX)) in the blockchain system and its reliable execution environment to optimize verifiable queries. The models performed well for Internet innovation workers from different backgrounds.
