In recent years, the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology have brought numerous possibilities and transformative applications in the field of telehealth systems. However, the integration of these technologies also raises important legal considerations and regulatory challenges. This chapter investigates and addresses the legal frameworks surrounding the utilization of AI and blockchain in telehealth systems. Key aspects, such as data privacy, security, liability, consent, and intellectual property rights, are examined in the context of these emerging technologies. By analyzing existing regulations and proposing potential solutions, this study aims to contribute to the development of comprehensive legal frameworks that promote the responsible and ethical implementation of AI and blockchain in telehealth systems.
