Sekumpul Waste Bank (SWB) is a productive Waste Bank with 2057 customers and ±7000 kg of waste handled daily. With this great potential, unfortunately, weighing system data management is still done manually, making it difficult for managers. Based on the literature review, the solution is to create a waste bank information system that can handle garbage data collection, customers, and transactions, computerized account creation, and an automatic reporting system. However, there was no research before that has created a waste bank information system that integrated with IoT-based scales to make it easier for officers to weigh and input the data in an integrated manner into the system. Therefore, this research aims: (1) to build a Waste Bank Information System Integrated with IoT-Based Scales; (2) to Test the system based on ISO 25010 standard. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) methods with waterfall development procedures. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires were carried out data collection. The ISO 25010 standard is used with three characteristics in the Testing process. This research has successfully designed and built a Waste Bank Information System Integrated with IoT-Based Scales. The application has undergone a series of software and hardware tests. In the functional suitability test, 100% of the functions worked well. In performance efficiency testing with GTMetrix, it got category B. Finally, in usability testing, it scored 82.1% and was declared very feasible. Hardware (scale) testing: connection to Wi-Fi, loadcell connection, and accuracy level of scale were declared successful with 99,76% accuracy.
