Quantum MBSE and Quantum SysML

A critical need exists for a quantum reference architecture that adheres to INCOSE, OMG6standards of model representation. This paper attempts to provide a reference framework for designs in Quantum Information Technology and Quantum Algorithmic protocols. Quantum Communications is seen as a part of this SySML model design.
