Using artificial intelligence in homeland security enables the efficient investigation of multiple data sets, resulting in enhanced threat detection and prevention. Artificial intelligence algorithms can comb through massive datasets in search of anomalies and trends that can be used for predictive analytics and opportune risk reduction. Blockchain technology provides a solid basis for secure data administration, protecting individual privacy, data veracity, and the confidence of all parties. Combining AI and blockchain enhances the flow of realtime threat intelligence and facilitates group decision-making. Scalability, interoperability, and regulatory frameworks are a few of the topics discussed in this article on the use of AI and blockchain technology in homeland security. In addition, it provides examples of how this integration has been implemented and details on pilot projects that have demonstrated their potential to enhance US national security.
