In today's society, the contribution of the development of artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role, which can make people both easier to live and worried about the role that man plays in society. Copyright is an essential element of intellectual property protection, which must undoubtedly be protected. Conversely, problems and questions may arise when copyright is infringed not by a natural or legal person but by artificial intelligence. Modern technologies are developing rapidly, so it is essential to find appropriate legal frameworks that will be equally effective and flexible.
