A Novel Honeynet Framework Based on Container: Design and Implementation

Honeynet organizes honeypots and collects attack information. With the development of virtualization and container, honeynet technology has made some progress. However, the scale and depth of the existing honeynet is limited, making it hard to capture complicated and deep attack information. Existing honeynet frameworks also have low-level simulation of protected network. To address these issues, we design and implement a novel honeynet framework that consists of five modules. Preliminary experiments show that the honeynet framework can be implemented and performs better than existing research.
