In 2023 the atmosphere of the corona pandemic has turned endemic, causing a significant shift towards remote work in many companies. The rapid technological advances that are currently developing aim to help humans carry out daily activities. However, this progress can also have a negative impact on certain businesses that are still traditional, especially workshops. This situation resulted in a decrease in income. This research is used to help entrepreneurs and workshop users who have started using Internet technology to service their vehicles. This aims to avoid queues for people wanting to service their vehicles. Vehicle users can make reservations in advance at the time and place according to the location needed or close to home by using the mobile application for service. In general, the benefits of this online service ordering system include simplifying order placement for vehicle owners. The SyGar system was developed using Android Studio and the Java programming language, with SQLite as the database. A trial of a stakeholder workshop and survey involving 50 respondents was conducted. Based on the survey that has been conducted, it shows that 60% of respondents consider this system easy to understand and use. Additionally, 70% (35 users) highlighted the easy-to-use ordering service system as a key advantage of the SyGar app. It is hoped that this system will be developed with several additional features in order to make it easier for vehicle owners who want to repair their cars.
