This paper proposed a new approach to utilize technology blockchain, In this project, " Department of Health Care and Medical Records in Nagpur: Utilizing Blockchain Technology to Enhance Hospital Patient Record Management System."The project intends to satisfy the rising demand for healthcare while enhancing medical record systems.There are currently flaws in the medical record system, and security breaches are a big worry.Our suggestion is to use smart contracts and blockchain technology to tackle this problem.This streamlines the healthcare process and allows doctors to provide personalized and efficient care.Efficient Searching and Viewing: The blockchain system enables healthcare professionals to search and view medical records swiftly.
