Some scientifically-methodical questions of research of complex systems

The contents of scientifically-methodical questions of research of complex systems (СS) is certain. Ways of quantitative estimations of characteristics СS are examined and examples of the scientifically-practical device of their realization are brought. The block diagram of a modelling complex as basic practical device of research СS is brought. Its primary goals, requirements to it and variants of its realization are analysed.
