Modeling the spatial distribution of dynamic systems using probabilistic cellular automata
Journal of Chemical Biological and Physical Sciences · 2023
The paper discusses the main areas of research on cellular automata (CA) and simulation of spatial distribution dynamic systems using probabilistic CA based on regular hexagonal lattices.CA is discrete dynamical systems whose behavior can be completely described in terms of local dependency.CA is systems consisting of discrete cells. The cells may be arranged on a straight one-dimensional or multi-dimensional space. Each cell has a predetermined number of "neighbors", defined by the statement of the problem. The relevance of the development of problem-oriented control systems for the control of epidemic diseases is beyond doubt. The most important element of these systems is adequate mathematical models for predicting the spatial spread of the epidemic.System-dynamic models of the spread of epidemic diseases have complementary properties, and therefore, the task of jointly using these classes of models to predict the dynamics of epidemic systems is relevant and requires a comprehensive comparison of their characteristics and properties. The epidemic is spatially distributed dynamical system to describe the spatial-temporal behavior of the application of models which class of cellular automata.
