The rapid development of 5G communication technology has stimulated the innovation potential in the Internet of things, smart cities and industrial automation. Driven by China's digital strategy, 5G private network is crucial for digital construction. However, network security and information security become important issues in the process of enterprise digital construction. 5G access admission control architecture based on service offloading technology dynamically allocates network resources to service slices to meet the performance and quality of service requirements for different services and application requirements. This architecture can improve network resource utilization and support applications such as high-speed communication, Internet of things (IoT) and industrial automation. In this paper, we deeply discuss the 5G access admission control system based on traffic offloading technology, and focus on its key technologies, system architecture and security. One of the research innovations is 5G native Radius secondary authentication, which provides higher security. Another innovation lies in the controllability and manageability of customers' private network traffic, which enables operators to open traffic management to customers and realize self-service. The study aims to provide valuable insights for the development and optimization of 5G networks and provide guidance for future research and practice.
