Software testing is performed to ensure the quality of software and ensure that the software is bug-free. Software testing is performed with the goal of finding as many bugs and errors as possible, and previously undiscovered errors, as well as minimizing the risks associated with implementing software. One of the most commonly used software testing methods is black box testing. Black box testing is a software testing methodology that focuses on the specification of the functionality contained in the software being developed. The testing methodologies of black-box testing are very diverse. A very common technique is equal partitions. This technique is used to verify the nature and conditions of the inputs contained in the software requirements specification (SRS). Black-box testing using the equivalence partitions technique applies to the Transcrop application. This application can be used as a crop ordering medium for business professionals engaged in agriculture, plantation management, fisheries, animal husbandry, and forestry. The Transcrop application has three users running on a mobile application platform: public, service providers and drivers. On the other hand, the website application used to process the data has only one user: the administrator. In this document, user = “general” was tested with a total of = 13 test cases as test cases for all modules using black-box testing equivalence partitions. Test results showed a compliance rate of 77% and a noncompliance rate of 23%. To improve the performance of your application when processing data under normal and abnormal conditions, you should fix three fields.
