The quality of communication significantly changes by depending on whether people face each other in a real space. We have developed MR system that people in remote locations exist in the same place virtually. The sense of being together is defined as sense of coexistence as if members of an organization or a community exist in the same place. We hypothesized that this sense of coexistence would be enhanced by the presence of people in remote locations in the same space. In this research we construct a system that places a person in a remote location in the same space virtually and verify how much sense of coexistence can be obtained through MR system. The results for coexistence show that the communication by MR system is close to one by face-to-face and is better than one by Zoom system and MR system is valid among not familiar but unfamiliar people.
