Proposal to set up a private 5G network to improve the quality of education: case of the University of Bangui

This paper proposes the deployment of a broadband network to improve the quality of learning at the University of Bangui. The proposed solution is based on a private 5G network as infrastructure support and software-defined radio (SDR) virtualization techniques to provide broadband support to overcome the problem of Internet access. This solution will support e-learning on the one hand, and enable them to access diverse digital content on the other.
