Identification of Victims Wearing Vibrant Clothing using MATLAB

This paper presents an image-based target detection and integration algorithm for victim wearing vibrant clothing. The algorithm utilizes image processing and analysis techniques to automatically identify and locate victims, and combines the detected bounding boxes into a larger box. Experimental results validate the effectiveness and accuracy of the algorithm in various environments. The proposed algorithm can be applied in emergency response, disaster management, and surveillance systems, enhancing the efficiency of victim search and rescue operations
