Data Sharing Method with Error Protection of Shares

A new data sharing method is presented. If the method is used in the non-threshold mode, then all shares must be used to restore the original data, however, it’s possible to protect shares from errors without involving additional algebraic coding mechanisms. If the method is used in the threshold mode, then it’s possible to restore the original data from just a part of shares. It is also possible to combine the two modes. A simulation model of sharing data transmission was created. In practice, the method can be used in fault-tolerant data storage systems in noisy environments.
