Circuits with nanotechnologies

This chapter first covers BioRC nanotechnologies that have been fabricated, along with conventional CMOS circuits, to create neuromorphic circuits. Then the chapter covers future designs of some nanotechnological circuits that combine with CMOS circuits to create neuromorphic designs. Finally the chapter surveys nanotechnologies that have a future use in neuromorphic circuits due to their traits that meet one of more needs of neuromorphic circuits.
