Supervised Memorization

Leslie Gabriel Valiant · 1994

Abstract We formalize the problem of supervised memorization in a similar way to that of the unsupervised case. The main difference is that now the neuroids representing the item being learned are already allocated at the start of this process. This makes the problem both easier and harder than the unsupervised case. It is easier in the sense that no memory allocation mechanism is needed.
