Almost-periodic homogenization

Abstract In this chapter we generalize the Homogenization Theorem to uniformly almost¬ periodic functions, and to integrands of the form f(x,u,A). Note that in this case, even if f is I-periodic in the first two variables, the function x f(x, Ax,A) is in general non-periodic; this remark suggests that almost-periodic methods are particularly suited also for some apparently periodic situations.
