The user-contributed Reduce packages
Malcolm A H MacCallum, Francis J Wright · 1991
Abstract The capabilities of the basic Reduce system are being progressively extended by a library of “packages”, written mostly in symbolic mode by “users” rather than those primarily developing Reduce. These packages currently fall into two classes: those that are distributed with the system (since version 3.3), and those that are not distributed but are available to Reduce users. The former have mostly existed for longer and been more widely tested than the latter, and have a slightly more official status.
