Controlling Reduce; operators and matrices

Malcolm A H MacCallum, Francis J Wright · 1991

Abstract We begin with some technicalities of the interactive control of REDUCE, then consider how to manipulate polynomials and rational functions in more detail, how to perform substitutions and control simplification, and how to control the internal and external forms of expressions. Finally, we introduce two more structured data types: operators and matrices.
