Life in the Undistributed Middle

Abstract Some logics have no connectives with the lattice properties. Some logics have lattice connectives satisfying distribution as well. What this paper wonders about is those logics in the middle: They have lattice connectives that do not satisfy the distributive laws. By the ‘ lattice properties’ I mean the familiar properties of conjunction and disjunction that can be stated in Gentzen fashion with no reference to structural context.
