Fuzzy logic systems

Peter Vas · 1999

Abstract A fuzzy logic system is one type of approximate reasoning system. It can be considered as one type of (intelligent) non-linear function approximator (see also Section 4.4). In the past five years there has been a huge increase in the application of fuzzy logic systems. It is believed that this ‘revolution’ will continue. Therefore there is a strong need to have a good understanding of fuzzy systems.
