The researches of Hardware Trojans (HT) have become an emerging research hotspot in the field of IC over the last decades. However, the techniques for the injection, detection, and application of HT remain to be developed. Most HT aims to destroy normal works when it comes to applications. To explore the reliability, stealth, and more positive applications of HT trigger, considering the privacy of the internal data of smartphones and the security of the phones themselves, this paper designs a combinational HT trigger and a logical HT trigger as well as a subsequent attack behavior at a software level for both triggers. The above designs can achieve an HT-triggered smartphone anti-theft function and an ability to send location information to a designated phone number when the phone is lost. After several tests in real scenarios, the function is reliable and the results are accurate.
