Empowering traditional industries with digital technology, continuously enhancing the innovation and driving force of the real economy. Digital transformation is an urgent need to promote the construction of a new power system and serve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. With the continuous deepening of substation digitization, the focus of digitization technology has gradually shifted from building a basic digital base to building a digital application ecosystem. This article focuses on the advantages, existing problems, application ecosystem architecture, meta application definition, application card design, and page integration layout of digital application ecosystem construction. Exploring a new model for rapid deployment and integration of heterogeneous applications, as well as full lifecycle operation and management of applications, with the aim of continuously improving the intelligent operation and maintenance management capabilities of substation equipment, and enhancing the digital expression capabilities of equipment.
