One important application of binary neural networks is natural language processing. Chapter 5 provides a comprehensive overview of how BNN&s;s can be used to address the language modeling problem. It provides a mix of approaches to modifying existing pre-train models, such as Bart, and addresses how to integrate binary neural network approaches into transformers.
