MULTILEVEL MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF EPILEPTIC SEIZURES

The paper presents novel developed modular mathematical model of epileptic seizures, obtained by combining and modifying existing models of epilepsy, which for the first time makes it possible to simulate the dynamics of seizure onset, propagation and termination simultaneously at the cellular and regional levels of brain organization.
