Cloud-Based E-Store Using Distributed Indexing Technique for Tribal Art Globalization

Nowadays with advancement in the cloud technology, the growth of the e-commerce platform increases. It gives the new opportunities for the vendors to sell their products through the online mode without setting the shop. Also, this offers the customers to purchase the products from home without any hassle. With the cloud technologies, anyone can set up the e-store online through the use of the different services offered by the cloud APIs. Recently, tribal art is in trending, due to different features such as eco-friendliness, handmade, smooth finishing, etc. But these products are only available in the local region, where they are made because of their illiteracy toward technology. This chapter discusses the limitations of the currently available platforms, the design of a tribal e-store model based on the distributed indexing and content retrieval, results, advantages, and the challenges in front of the e-store. This discussed model will be the first step toward lifting the life standards of tribes.
