Zero Trust Architecture of Token Network

Po-Han Ho, Hong-Yen Chen, Tsung-Nan Lin · 2023

Token network represent a potential future for Web 3.0; however, current designs for token network raise security concerns. Therefore, this paper constructs a zero trust architecture of Token Networks based on the principles of NIST’s proposed Zero Trust Architecture. It also introduces a Decentralized Policy Decision Point to meet the specific requirements of token networks. This design not only addresses the lack of high availability, tamper resistance, and transparency in traditional Policy Decision Points but also enables joint defense of cybersecurity among Token network nodes.
