DESIGN OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE ANALOG MICROCIRCUITS CONSIDERING LIMITATIONS ON PARAMETERS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF RESISTORS

A brief overview of high-temperature microcircuit applications is given. Materials from which high-temperature resistors are made are reviewed. Recommendations on design of high-temperature operational amplifiers (OpAmp) considering limitations on parameters and characteristics of resistors are presented. The perspectivity of resistorless construction of OpAmp circuits is noted.
