The hospital environment has significantly changed over the past several years as a result of continual technological advances, developments, and discoveries. The current study extensively assesses the use of cutting-edge Blockchain technology to healthcare system. Blockchain helps to reduce the burden of patients as it provides a reliable and trustworthy database of patients. Hospital 4.0 emerges as a result of blockchain integration in the healthcare system and hospital industries. This study recommends the next steps which provides depicting the technical innovation and contribution to attain sustainable development. In conclusion, the study is used to determine the difficulties and best course of action for future advancement in order to build sustainable and smart intelligent hospitals.
