Research on Performance Improvement Method of Dynamic Object Detection Based on Spatio-temporal Attention Mechanism

This paper proposes a method based on a spatio-temporal attention mechanism to improve detection performance aiming at the challenges in dynamic object detection. First, definitions, applications, and challenges of existing methods for dynamic object detection are introduced. Second, the concepts and advantages of the spatio-temporal attention mechanism are presented. Next, the main technical and fundamental issues of spatial attention mechanisms in dynamic object detection will be discussed. Then, the dynamic object detection model's modeling, application, and optimization based on the spatio-temporal attention mechanism are described in detail. Finally, the main content of this paper is summarized, and the potential effects of dynamic object detection methods based on spatio-temporal attention mechanisms are highlighted.
