AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR ONLINE TUTORIAL

An online tutorial system is one of the trending approaches used in today's private education system, allowing tutors and students to communicate in real-time.However, some private colleges still use classroom teaching and learning processes.The present work is an automated system for online tutorials developed using a system development life cycle (SDLC) combined with a prototyping technique that is used for the development process.The complete system contains various tools for the convenience of students and tutors.The major modules include the learning materials, bulletin, learning assessments quizzes, and assignments.Students have been tested on using the system for taking the quiz, while the tutors used the system for developing the set of learning materials.The present automated system gives the students flexibility in their better learning compared to traditional learning.Students were satisfied with the content and structure and motivated to use the online tutorial system.
