With the continuous development of new energy, the massive grid-connection of renewable energy had also brought new challenges to the stable operation of the power system. When the grid is extremely unstable, it's necessary to mobilize all controllable resources, relying on the coordinated operation the power supply side, grid side, and load side, that is, the integrated operation of “source-network-load-storage” to ensure the safety and stability of the system. This paper first establishes the energy model of wind-solar-storage and cooling-heating power equipment in the integrated energy system. Then, from the perspective of intelligent interaction among source, network, load and storage, considers the power demand response and heat demand response in extreme cases, and establishes the optimal scheduling model of load-side resources participating in power grid balance. Finally, the objective function is established with the goal of minimizing the daily comprehensive operating cost of the integrated energy system, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize and solve the objective function. The results of the example show that the method can realize the economic operation of the integrated energy system under extreme conditions, reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, and promote the consumption of new energy.
