Enhancing Cloud ERP Security with AI: A Review

Cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems contain valuable organizational data that faces various cybersecurity threats. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics can significantly improve security for cloud ERP platforms. This paper reviews the risks cloud ERP systems face, core capabilities where AI enhances security, real-world examples of AI in action, and key technologies powering AI-driven security. Challenges in deploying AI for cloud ERP security are also analyzed. The review concludes that AI solutions add efficiency, automation, and intelligence to ERP security operations. However, the performance of AI systems needs continuous monitoring and enhancement.
