On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, we warmly welcome you to the 2023 IEEE International System-on-a-Chip (SOC) Conference, held this year in Santa Clara, California, USA.For over 30 years the IEEE SOC Conference has been one of the premier conferences for sharing advances in SOC technologies and applications, and the program this year promises to continue the tradition.This year the conference focuses on SoCs and System-in-Packages (SiPs) for Edge Intelligence and Accelerated Computing.These are exciting and very timely ideas with significant research activity both in academia, government and industry.
