In this paper, leader-follower consensus problem for linear multi-agent system with unknown external disturbances is investigated based on event-triggered sampled-data transmission strategy. First, a distributed extended state observer is designed based on the relative output information of follower at event-triggered instance. Then a consensus algorithm is proposed by event-triggered mechanism, which is designed based on the estimated states and disturbances. Leader-follower consensus criterion is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.
