Spectral Densities of Three-Point Correlators

We discuss spectral density of three-point correlator of two axial and a vector current using two different ways to introduce transverse momentum: through Sudakov variables and through infinite momentum frame. We derive light-front formulas for the pion transition form factor, and investigate models that are capable to describe recent "puzzling" data obtained by BaBar collaboration.
