Higher-order routers integrate more interconnection ports in a single router chip, which has obvious technical advantages in reducing network diameter, improving network performance and reliability, reducing network construction cost and power consumption, etc., and has become the mainstream and focus in the current research field of high-performance interconnection networks. Integrating more interconnection ports and providing higher aggregation bandwidth also poses a new challenge for the design of high-order router switch fabric. In this paper, the simulation test structure of switch fabric is introduced in detail, and an efficient simulation structure of high-order router is designed and implemented, and a routing strategy based on grey clustering algorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that compared with the secure query routing protocol based on energy reputation, the energy consumption of this routing protocol is reduced by 6.8%. Compared with the query-based routing protocol, the energy consumption of this routing protocol is reduced by 10.7%. Under the condition of communication locality, the uniform discrete allocation scheme and the optimized uniform discrete allocation scheme can effectively reduce the packet delay and improve the network throughput.
