One of the time-consuming processes in India is land registration, and most of the time, the public is unaware of all the rules that must be adhered to. Additionally, more documents need to be validated, which causes a delay in finishing the registration process. In order to finish this process, the middlemen also take bribes. Additionally, errors could be made when handling land records. By employing blockchain technology to administer the land registration, these problems can be solved. A data structure with connections between each block is all that a blockchain is. It acts as a distributed data ledger and maintains an unalterable, public record of all digital transactions. Each block's data is guaranteed to be unchangeable because of the usage of hashing algorithms, cryptographic techniques.
