Blockchain technology has significantly applicable value in technology collaborative innovation evaluation for its decentralization, tamper resistance, traceability, concealment, and openness. It forms the evaluation pattern at the theoretical framework level, builds an evaluation technical platform with blockchain technology, and establishes case demonstrations, effectively solving the bottleneck problems in information source timeliness, authenticity, and accuracy, which is encountered by traditional methods.
