T Nithya Shree, N. Alagusundari · 2023

This study presents a system for virtual mouse control using hand gestures and voice assistant. The proposed system utilizes a camera to detect hand gestures and a microphone to interpret voice commands. The system is designed to provide an alternative to traditional mouse-based interfaces for individuals with mobility impairments or those who prefer a more natural and intuitive interface. User studies serve as a way to assess the system's efficacy, and the results demonstrate the feasibility and usability of the proposed approach. The study also discusses potentialapplications and future directions for the technology, including integration with virtual reality and other emerging technologies. Overall, the proposed virtual mouse using hand gesture and voice assistant system has the potential to improve accessibility and user experience in a variety of contexts.
